Brackley is a small rural community, located at the north boundary of the City of Charlottetown in the Province of Prince Edward Island, Canada on route # 15 north.
The Community of Brackley was incorporated in 1983 and in December of 2017, Winsloe South amalgamated with Brackley. The Rural Municipality of Brackley is now home to 596 residents (2016 Census).
The Community is governed by an elected Council and Chair, and has both a part-time administrator and a development officer to deal with building permits and subdivision applications.
