Greg McQuaid

Mayor

Born and raised in Charlottetown and moved to Brackley with his wife in 2016. Mayor Greg McQuaid is the third generation owner of McQuaid’s which specializes in warehousing and mobile storage.

Greg is an active member in the trucking community and is a board member of the PEI Trucking Sector Council.


Bryan Maclean

Deputy Mayor

Resident of Brackley since 2013, Bryan Maclean is currently serving his second term as deputy mayor. With over two decades of experience in construction supplies sales and recent work in the private security sector, Bryan’s understanding of the local industry and his commitment to community development make him a valuable asset to the council.

As a member, volunteer, and participant in both the PEILETR (PEI LAW Enforcement Torch Run) and yearly Polar Plunge, united by their shared purpose of supporting the Special Olympics, he has supported and made many friends.

Bryan has a huge support team of family, friends, children, and grandchildren, which he values incredibly.


Don Jardine

Planning and Development

Since 1977, Councillor Don Jardine has served as councillor for the municipalities of Winsloe, Winsloe South and currently the Rural Municipality of Brackley. With a long career in the Province of PEI’s Department of Environment, Energy and Climate Action and having founded a business, DE Jardine Consulting, working mainly on climate change and environmental issues, Don possesses a highly valuable skillset for his current role in development and planning.

Having lived in Winsloe South with his wife Ann since 1975, Don Jardine’s deep roots within the community fuel his commitment to its well-being, and his experience uniquely positions him to contribute to its growth and sustainable future.

Tyler Shea

Emergency Measures

Resident of Winsloe South, graduated from Holland College in 2013 and currently works for the City of Charlottetown. Married with two young children, he enjoys an active lifestyle involving hiking, camping and seasonal sports.

Councillor Tyler Shea is serving his second term for the Rural Municipality of Brackley and looks forward to many more.
